One Hundred Thousand Welcomes — or as the Irish say, Céad Míle Fáilte — to the official website of the Mystic Irish Parade Foundation!

Best known for planning and hosting the annual Mystic Irish Parade, the Mystic Irish Parade Foundation is a volunteer-driven, registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible and directly support local charities as well as the parade itself.

Each year, MIPF events raise more than $2,000, which is donated to nonprofit organizations throughout our community. In addition to organizing a spectacular parade, we are proud to share and celebrate our Irish heritage through events held year-round.

The annual parade begins at 1:00 p.m. at the Mystic Seaport South Parking Lot, traveling through downtown and concluding at the Mystic Museum of Art. More than 25,000 spectators join us each year — a number that continues to grow — making the Mystic Irish Parade one of the best in the United States.

A parade of this scale requires dedication, teamwork, and countless volunteer hours. Our core committee members work tirelessly — first to arrive, last to leave — planning events, securing sponsorships, and ensuring each parade is our best one yet.

We extend heartfelt appreciation to our founding members, long-serving committee volunteers, and the many individuals who help bring the parade to life.
